Callie and Maeme Rasberry were born in the bi-cultural city of El Paso, Texas, on the border of New Mexico and Old Mexico. Maeme came to the Wood River Valley to help her Aunt Annette Frehling at her store, Sister; and Callie came here to help her Uncle James Frehling at his restaurant, Esta.

Together, Callie and Maeme bought a small catering business housed in the basement of the 411 building in 2005. From there Rasberry's came to fruition with a lot of hard work and the dream of serving delicious food to the good people living and visiting the Wood River Valley.
